Terms of Service
1. Do's/Don'ts
A. General Limits - I have the right to refuse works not limited to : Racism, Cultural Appropriation, Explicit homophobia/transphobia/sexism, symbolism or violence.Requesting work of any of this content will immediately disqualify you from the commission.B. Things I'm glad to do - I am willing to work with anything including closed species and artistic nudity (in a non-sexual way).C. Things I will not do - I will not draw NSFW related content in any way, if the commissioner continues to request art (increasing how much they are willing to pay, requesting from different/alt accounts) they will be ignored and/or blocked.D. Payment methods - I only take Mobilepay (Denmark, Finland, Norway and Greenland), PayPal and Cashapp. Other payment methods will be available in the future.
Payment plans will not be supported. You must pay a full price before i start working on the commission.E. Signing - You MUST sign a contract in either your own name or get a parent/legal guardian to sign. This is to ensure the commissioner have read, and understood the Terms of Service. If no signed contract is provided I will decline service.F. Robux payments - I do accept robux as a form of payment. (However this is only for special purposes.)
2. Help me Help you
A. Providing a reference sheets - You must provide a reference sheet of your character. If you do not have a reference sheet before commissioning, I am able to create a reference sheet of the chosen character (it will cost extra for a ref sheet). If you are requesting a character from a game, series etc. you must provide a full body view of the character.B. Deadlines - I do not work with deadlines. The artwork will be done when it's done, which usually takes 2-3 days or a week depending on complexity.C. Alterations/Edits - Edits and Alterations must coincide with current progress of the artwork (ex; changing the pose must be done during the sketch phase). Upon receiving progress photos, the commissioner is responsible for providing clear feedback on any changes they'd lik made at that stage. Any drastic alterations will incur in a fee.D. Communication - I am open for any communication however I cannot guarantee an immediate response.E. Rights as an Artist/Commercial use/Credit - I can refuse the commission and refund you at any point in the commission process without reason. As an Artist i have the right to post/use your commissioned piece for personal marketing, general posting, etc. You are permitted to resell the piece for what it was purchased for if you have not added value.
You are expected to credit FossaGirlArt as the artist, DO NOT CREDIT YOURSELF for our work. If I catch you posting/reselling an art piece made by me without credit, I will send you a message asking you to add credit. If you still haven't made changes to the post I will block you and decline future commissions.F. Secret commissionss/Posting - If you would your commission to be secret (be it a gift/surprise) please make that clearG. AI Art/AI Learning - Under no circumstances should any of the art produced by me be used for AI/Bot/Machine Learning or AI "art". If i catch you feeding my art to an AI you will blacklisted, blocked, put on a beware list and you will also be declinded commissions in the future.
